Allister Rose, founder of Blue Hope Foundation, shares his experiences of PTSD and starting Blue Hope to support other police and their families who are experiencing PTSD and other work place injuries.
Allister is cycling 1,100km from Wellington to Cape Reinga meeting police officers and their families along the way and raising awareness of PTSD and service related trauma in the New Zealand Police.
