Former police officer and founder of Blue Hope, Allister Rose, joined Matt and Tyler to chat about his mission to ride 1,100 km from Wellington to Cape Reinga.

The Blue Hope Foundation aims to help New Zealand police workers and their families affected by trauma and PTSD. 

Rose said, "we want to say, look, there's a problem, but there's also a solution."
